1 khush rahne ke liye kuch ahchi aadate ( habits):

  • Ek sakaratmak (positive) insaan se baat kare
  • Haste raho . hasne se mind me positivity badhati hai. hasne ke liye aap comedy  videos aur show dekhe.
  • Roz aapke sath jo achchi cheeze ho unko ek paper pe likhe.
  • Roz subah shant mahol (calm environment) prakrati (nature) ka aanand le.
  • 15-20 minute  roz exercise kare . normal walk pe bhi ja sakte hai.
  • Ek purane dost ya rishtedaar se mile aur baate kare.
  • Roz 30 minute ya usse jyada apana man pasand kaam kare jisme aapko aanand mile.
  • Kuch naya kharide. jaise koi nayi chocolate bhi ho sakti hai.

2 Tanav (stress) ko dur karne ki kuch achchi aadate (habits):

  • Jo aapke dimag pe jor de raha hai use dur karne ke liye music sune, favorite movies, shows ya channel dekhe.
  • Apne dost, lover,family, ya paltu jaanwar(pet animal) ke saath samay bitayen
  • Thodi der khud ke sath samay bitayen aur khud ko motivate kare.
  • Din me samay milne par thodi der so jaye.

3 Confidence badhane ke liye kuch achchi aadate ( habits):

  • Ek paper me aap roz kuch esi cheeze likhe jo aapko apne baare me achchi lgti ho.
  • Sidhe khade rahe aur apne haatho ko swabhavic roop (naturally) se apne paksho pe latka de.
  • Ese kapde(dress) pahne jo aap pe achche lagte ho ya jisme aap confidence feel kate ho.
  • Problems ke samay soch vichaar kar bole jisse aapka confidence badhe.

4  Bhakti bhaav ko badhane ki kuch achchi aadate (habits):

  • Roz 15 minute tak bhakti bhaav ki kitaabe padhe jaise Bible .
  •  Ek ajanabi ke liye daya dikhaye aur vichaarsheel kaam kare.
  • Sitaaron ko dekhe.
  • Suryaast (sunset) aur suryoday (sunrise) ko dekhe aur anand le.

  • Roz kuch der ek shant jagah baithe, apni aankhein band kare aur apni sanso par dhyaan de.
  • Har samay apni pancho indriyon ko sawdhan rakhe.

6 Naye dost banane ki achhi aadate(habits):

  • Muskurane ka adhik se adhik pryas kare.
  • Jab kisi se baat kare tab aankh sampark rakhe.

  • Ek sath hasne ke tarike dhoondhen.

7 Raat ko jaldi neend aane ki kuch achchi aadte(habits):

  • Alcohol naa piyen, iske bajay sone se1 ghante pahle herbal tea piyen.
  • Roz  ek fix samay pe hi soye.
  • Roz subah fix samay pe uthen (weekend aur holidays me bhi).
  • Bistar me jaane k baad lights band kar le aur khud ko shant mahsoos karvaayen.
  • Dophar 2 baje k baad coffee na piyen.

8 Jyaada jeene ke liye kuch achchi aadate(habits):

  • 30 minute har roz walk pe jaayen.
  • Har roz ek naya swasth nuska try kare.
  • Roz taaze fruits aur vegetables khaye.
  • Har roz kisi apne ko gale lagaye.

9 Samay per rahne ki kuch achchi aadate(habits):

  • Apne poore din ke kaam  ka samay nirdharit kare.
  • Kisi bhi kaam ke liye 15 minute pahle ghar se nikle.
  • Tea coffee pine ke liye , baate karne k liye , kisi aur break ke liye samay nirdharit kare.
  • Apne mobile phone me har kaam ka reminder set kare.
  • Traffic se bachne k liye alag alag raston ki jaankari rakhen.

10 Adhik sanghthit (organised) rahne ki kuch achchi aadate(habits):

  • Bills ko usi din pay kare jis din vo aapko prapt ho.
  • Pay kiye gaye bills ko turant file me laga de.
  • Samano ko unki sahi jagah par rakhe.
  • Apne ghar aur kaam karne ki jagah  clean aur organised rake.
